We'll send you the information you need to make a confident decision, including an artwork proof, a quote, and a final sales confirmation. Production begins only after your final approval and payment.

We'll review your request, reach out if we need more details, and prepare your quote and artwork proof. Quotes typically arrive within 24 hours and include applicable charges, such as setup and shipping.
Check the artwork and pricing. Want the logo bigger? Curious about another color or quantity? Email or call us. We'll talk it through and make needed changes before you move ahead.
When you're satisfied with the proof and quote, we'll send a final sales confirmation. This is your chance to review the order details once more and give us your approval.
After your final approval, we'll email an invoice with a secure link to submit payment online. You aren't asked to pay just to start the quote-and-proof conversation.
Once we've received your approval and payment, your order moves into production. Most items take about 7–10 business days to produce, though timing varies by product and project.
When your order ships, we'll send tracking information. Now comes the fun part: handing out merchandise you're excited to share.
