The easiest way to start the order processes is to browse our site and find the item that you're interested in ordering. Once you find the item, click the "Request Quote & Proof" button, and fill out the required information.

Once we receive your request, Purple Pie Promos will start working on your proof and quote. We will reach out to you if we have further questions or need any additional information. If we have everything we need, a quote and proof will be sent to you. Typically within 24 hours. The quote will include any additional charges and fees, including setup fees and shipping charges.

After you receive the quote and proof, if any changes need to be made to either the artwork or quote, you may email us back or call us to let us know any changes you'd like to make.

Once you're happy with proof and quote, Purple Pie Promos will send a final sales confirmation for one last approval.

After we receive your final approval, Purple Pie Promos will email you a final invoice with a link to submit your payment online.

Once we receive your payment, the order will be sent to production. Production time for most items is between 7-10 business days.

Tracking information will be sent once the order ships.
