Orders are typically prepaid unless approved for invoicing or credit terms by Purple Pie Promos. Payment terms for invoiced customers are determined at our sole discretion.
All prices, product availability, shipping estimates, and production timelines are subject to change without notice.
An order is considered approved and ready for production once the customer has approved the final order confirmation and/or artwork proof.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, order details, spelling, grammar, artwork placement, imprint colors, quantities, sizing, and shipping information before production begins.
Once a proof or order confirmation is approved, Purple Pie Promos is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved materials.
Production will not begin until proof approval has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By uploading artwork, logos, images, text, or other content to our website or providing such materials to us by email or other means, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and authorize Purple Pie Promos to print or reproduce such materials.
You agree that Purple Pie Promos shall not be liable for any copyright infringement, trademark infringement, licensing disputes, or other intellectual property claims related to customer-supplied artwork or content.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Product images displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect actual product colors, imprint colors, sizing, materials, or proportions.
Due to differences in monitors, screens, lighting, manufacturing processes, substrates, and printing methods, slight variations in color, texture, alignment, imprint location, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Estimated production times and shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Purple Pie Promos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, manufacturer delays, acts of God, labor shortages, technical issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping addresses are accurate before order approval.
Order cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun or materials have been ordered.
If a cancellation is approved after production preparation has started, cancellation fees, artwork charges, setup charges, restocking fees, or partial production costs may apply.
Custom printed, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable once production begins.
Because most products sold by Purple Pie Promos are custom manufactured or custom printed, all sales are generally final.
Purple Pie Promos does not offer refunds, returns, or reprints for orders that match the customer-approved proof and order confirmation.
If an order contains a verified production error caused by Purple Pie Promos or the manufacturer, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, or reprint.
Claims regarding defects, shortages, or production errors must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery.
Customers who create accounts on this website are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
Purple Pie Promos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or other inappropriate conduct.
Quotes provided by Purple Pie Promos are non-binding and subject to change until an order is formally placed and accepted.
Pricing errors, supplier price changes, inventory shortages, or technical inaccuracies may result in revised pricing or order cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Pie Promos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of this website, products purchased, delays, lost profits, business interruption, or customer misuse of products.
In all cases, Purple Pie Promos’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
