How do I place an order?
Why can't I place my order online with a regular shopping cart?
At Purple Pie Promos, we decided to take a more hands on approach with the ordering process. We don't look to compete with all the other ecommerce promotional products companies. We hope to build long standing, close relationships with our customers, and work directly with each individual client.
Do you have artwork requirements?
We can work with any file type you send us. We prefer the artwork to be vector format, but if you don't have that or don't know what that is, we can use whatever you have.
How do we pay for our order, and what types of payments are accepted?
For first time customers and a majority of our orders, credit card will be required to begin processing your order. Other payment options are available and we can work with you on different payment options once we have built a relationship.
How do I know what the final production will look like with my logo or artwork?
Purple Pie Promos sends digital artwork proofs and mockups for approval before any production begins on your order.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. We do offer rush service. Please contact us for a list of items that can be produced quickly to meet your deadline.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, shipping is based on the quantity, weight, box sizes, and final destination that we are shipping to. Shipping costs will be included on any quote that is sent to you. We also have the option to ship on your UPS or FedEx account.
What's the minimum that can be orders?
For the most part the lowest quantity shown on our site is the minimum that can be ordered. There are some exceptions, but it depends on the item. There also may be additional charges when ordering less than minimum.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Normal produciton time is typically between 7-10 business days after we have received all approvals and payment. Some items can be produced quicker, and some items may take a little more time. Different items ship from all over the country, so transit time may add an additional 1-5 business days to the time of delivery.
Does every item have a setup fee? Do I need to pay a setup fee for each order?
Just about every item is going to have a setup fee. Each item should list what the setup fee is. A new setup fee is required for each item because each item has different print areas and print methods. If reordering an item using the same artwork, you will not be charged a setup fee.
